Wedding Coordinator

Our Wedding Coordinator can take all of the stress out of creating the reception of your dreams. From beginning to end she will be there to make sure that every facet of your reception runs smoothly and every detail is taken care of. Our goal is to make sure that you and your guests enjoy your wedding day without worrying that everything is going according to schedule.

What can you expect from our Coordinator?

  • She is the first person to arrive and the last person to leave.
  • Assists the DJ, Florist, Cake Delivery and Live Entertainment to assure that they are set up in the correct location and goes over the details of the reception with each one individually.
  • Makes phone calls in the event that one of the above services has not arrived at the scheduled time.
  • Coordinates the buffet or sit down dinner,as well as, personally supervises the dinner service for the Bride and Groom, Head Table and Special Guests, i.e. Mother, Grandmother, etc.
  • Personally invites each table to the buffet, this is done to avoid having the DJ announce over the microphone which table is released. This also helps to maintain an orderly flow of guests to the buffet.
  • Supervises the cake cutting and saves the first layer if requested.
  • Places special ribbons with pins attached on each table for the money dance.
  • Supervises the timing for the Garter and Bouquet Toss.
  • Gathers up all of the Brides and Grooms personal belongings, i.e., Cake Topper, Champagne Glasses, Guest Book, Cake Knife and any leftovers and makes sure that they are safely given to a predetermined designated person.

Cost: $300 booked with full catering service, $500 seperately
